The Distinguished Institutional Performance Association intends to launch its programs for the year 2024 after the success it achieved in 2023, amid a large interaction and presence of specialists, experts, and those interested in the field of distinguished institutional performance from all regions of the Kingdom and the Arab world.
The Chairman of the Association’s Council, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Mahboub, explained that the Kingdom is experiencing an accelerated development renaissance driven by the leaders and people of this country, with a clear vision, plans and initiatives that require that performance emulate the best international practices in order to achieve what we aspire to, and for our national institutions to compete at the global level, indicating that the idea of the Distinguished Institutional Performance Association came to be a specialized technical partner in supporting the improvement of the performance of the three sectors through education, spreading awareness, training and qualification for distinguished institutional performance and providing consultations and events. And professional and volunteer communities, qualifications for obtaining accreditations, and providing everything that would raise the performance of institutions to create distinguished entrepreneurial models that contribute to a national renaissance, God Almighty willing.
Al-Mahboob confirmed that the Performance Association is preparing for its new year by launching a package of activities within the capacity building program, through which it seeks to develop the individual on the personal and practical level in the field of distinguished institutional performance and empower him through a group of courses, workshops, lectures, seminars and forums. As an extension of its success, the Association has expanded the circle of fields to target several areas, including: the health sector, the education sector, the non-profit sector, the media sector, the industrial sector, the field of information technology, the field of restaurants, and a general field through which it targets all segments. Society.
The association will also launch the Institutional Excellence Ambassadors Program, through which it will target, in its first stages, the government sector. The association seeks to have a messenger in the government sector, in partnership with a project to measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries of government agencies, based on its goal of enhancing the excellence of the performance of institutions in all three sectors in accordance with future national visions.
In pursuit of the association’s goal of raising the level of culture and knowledge of institutional excellence and its various fields and skill empowerment, the association presents the Excellence Podcast program specialized in the field of institutional excellence, through which it offers tips and advice to develop the leadership skill necessary to achieve institutional excellence. This includes communication skills, time management, team development, strategic decision-making, and highlighting the success stories of institutions that have achieved institutional excellence in their various fields, to enhance the insistence on achieving institutional excellence in daily work, which is presented by An elite group of practitioners who have led practical successes in various governmental, private and non-profit sectors.
The association also aims to contribute to the development of systems and procedures in line with international best practices and to increase growth in the number of organizations that adopt local and global excellence models and standards through the Institutional Performance Measurement Program, which is more like a service that provides a technical solution that enables various leaders and specialists to conduct electronic self-measurement tests according to various requirements and extract opportunities for improvement.
Based on its goal of developing systems and procedures to keep pace with international best practices, the Association offers the Consulting Clinics Program for Outstanding Institutional Performance by providing consultation and advice to organizations, small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurs, and individuals wishing to develop themselves in the field of distinguished institutional performance in various sectors.
